目的:研究cyclinD1在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)标本中的表达情况及其与肿瘤增殖活性的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例TCC和12例正常膀胱cyclinD1和Ki-67抗原的表达。结果:①正常膀胱组织无cyclinD1表达,Ki-67抗原的表达低于TCC(P-0.011);②随着肿瘤分期、分级的增高,cyclinD1阳性率下降(P=0.001),Ki-67标记指数上升(P=0.004,P=0.001),而cyclinlD1的表达在肿瘤初发和复发及单发和多发之间比较,差异无显著性意义(P=0.221,P=0.141),肿瘤复发组和多发组Ki-67指数高于初发组和单发组(P=0.014,P=0.034.);③cyclinD1和Ki-67抗原的表达呈负相关(r=0.4109,P=0.005)。结论:cyclinD1在TCC的早期起重要作用;Ki-67指数能准确地评估TCC的生物学行为,二者可作为TCC有重要意义的肿瘤标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclinD1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) and its relationship with tumor proliferation. Methods: The expressions of cyclinD1 and Ki-67 in 45 cases of TCC and 12 cases of normal bladder were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: ①No cyclinD1 was found in normal bladder tissue, the expression of Ki-67 antigen was lower than that in TCC (P-0.011); ②The positive rate of cyclinD1 was decreased with the increase of tumor stage and grade (P = 0.001) (P = 0.004, P = 0.001). There was no significant difference in the expression of cyclinlD1 between primary tumor and recurrent tumor and between single tumor and multiple tumor (P = 0.221, P = 0.141) The Ki-67 index was higher than that of the initial and single group (P = 0.014, P = 0.034). ③The expression of cyclinD1 and Ki-67 antigen was negatively correlated (r = 0.4109, P = 0.005). Conclusion: CyclinD1 plays an important role in the early stage of TCC. The Ki-67 index can accurately evaluate the biological behavior of TCC. Both of them may serve as important tumor markers for TCC.
