目的:研究当归主要成分阿魏酸对黄芪提取物中黄芪甲苷的肠道吸收影响,初步探讨当归黄芪药对配伍机制。方法:采用大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型研究不同浓度黄芪甲苷在十二指肠的吸收特性和阿魏酸对黄芪甲苷的促吸收作用。结果:根据大鼠外翻肠囊模型研究结果,得知黄芩甲苷吸收顺序为:十二指肠>空肠>结肠>回肠,阿魏酸对十二指肠的促吸收效果最显著,因此选择十二指肠作为研究肠段;在体单向灌流法结果显示,黄芪甲苷在十二指肠的表观通透系数(Papp)和吸收速度常数(Ka)与浓度有关,且阿魏酸对各浓度的黄芪甲苷皆有促进作用(P<0.05)。结论:十二指肠是黄芪甲苷的主要吸收部位,当归主要成分阿魏酸对黄芪提取物中黄芪甲苷十二指肠吸收具有促进作用。
Objective: To study the effect of ferulic acid, the main component of Angelica sinensis, on the intestinal absorption of Astragaloside IV in Astragalus membranaceus extract and to explore the compatibility mechanism of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. Methods: The rat model of unilateral intestinal perfusion was used to study the absorption characteristics of different concentrations of Astragaloside Ⅳ in the duodenum and the promoting effect of ferulic acid on Astragaloside IV. Results: According to the results of rat valgus gut model, it was found that the absorption order of baicalin is duodenum> jejunum> colon> ileum. Ferulic acid has the most obvious absorption promoting effect on duodenum. Therefore, Duodenum as a study of intestinal segments; in vivo one-way perfusion method results show that the apparent permeability coefficient (Papp) and absorption rate constant (Ka) of Astragaloside in the duodenum and concentration, and ferulic acid Astragaloside at all concentrations have a promoting effect (P <0.05). Conclusion: The duodenum is the main absorption site of Astragaloside IV. Ferulic acid, the main component of Angelica sinensis, can promote the absorption of Astragaloside IV in duodenum.
