随着我国经济和社会的发展,建筑能耗正在飞速上升。国家正大力研究开发绿色建筑,充分利用可再生能源,因此太阳能得到了广泛的重视。太阳能热泵热水器将热泵与太阳能相结合,生产生活热水以满足人们的需求。太阳能热泵热水器中的集热/蒸发器是重要的核心部件,只有优化其结构,才能更高效的利用太阳能。本文采用Fluent软件对太阳能热泵集热/蒸发器三种不同流道形式的结构单元进行了数值分析,获得了流道表面温度场分布,通过对流道单元换热特性的分析,对集热/蒸发器的优化方法进行理论分析与实际应用。
With the economic and social development in our country, building energy consumption is rapidly increasing. Countries are vigorously research and development of green buildings, make full use of renewable energy, so solar has been widely valued. Solar water heaters combine heat pumps with solar energy to produce hot domestic water to meet people’s needs. Solar collector / evaporator in solar heat pump water heaters are an important core component and solar energy can be more efficiently used only by optimizing its structure. In this paper, Fluent software was used to analyze the structural elements in three different flow channels of solar heat pump / evaporator. The temperature distribution on the surface of the flow channel was obtained. By analyzing the heat transfer characteristics of the flow channel, The optimization method of the device is theoretically analyzed and applied.
