近年来,关于环境中硒与人体疾病关系的研究,越来越受到重视。一些调查中注意到环境及人体中硒水平与心脏病死亡率有某些关联。硒对实验性心肌梗塞有保护作用,目前也有试用硒制剂治疗冠心病的报道。在我国关于克山病的病因学研究中,发现克山病区粮、水中硒含量明显偏少,用亚硒酸钠预防克山病取得了肯定效果。为了探讨硒在克山病心肌变化中的关系,采用低硒大鼠模型,以浮置玻璃微电极技术,研究了低硒大鼠在体心肌细胞电活动的变化。
In recent years, research on the relationship between selenium and human diseases in the environment has drawn more and more attention. Some surveys have noted that there is some association between the selenium levels in the environment and in humans and heart-disease mortality. Selenium has a protective effect on experimental myocardial infarction, there are also reports of trial selenium treatment of coronary heart disease. In our country, about the etiology of Keshan disease, it was found that the content of selenium in grain and water of Keshan ward was obviously less than normal, and the positive effect was achieved with sodium selenite in preventing Keshan disease. In order to explore the relationship between Selenium and KSD myocardial changes, low selenium rat model and floating glass microelectrode technique were used to study the changes of electrical activity of cardiomyocytes in selenium-deficient rats.
