目的:研究小叶黑柴胡茎叶提取物中总黄酮的抗氧化作用。方法:以从小叶黑柴胡茎叶中提取的黄酮类物质为材料,对其抗氧化性能进行了体外实验。通过DPPH自由基清除实验、超氧阴离子自由基清除实验、羟基自由基清除实验,计算不同浓度样品液的清除率,并与V—C做比较。结果:小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮提取物对三种自由基都有较好的清除能力,并呈现很好的量效关系,与V—C的变化关系具有一致性。结论:小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮提取物具有很好的抗氧化活性,为利胆退黄及抗炎作用机制奠定基础。
Objective: To study the antioxidant effect of total flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Radix Aconiti decoction. Methods: Flavonoids extracted from the stems and leaves of Hemiptera lobatulae were used as experimental materials in vitro. By DPPH free radical scavenging experiments, superoxide anion free radical scavenging experiments, hydroxyl free radical scavenging experiments, calculate the clearance rate of different concentrations of sample solution, and compared with V-C. Results: The total flavonoids extract of stem, leaf and stem of Radix et Rhizoma Rheum were good scavenging ability to all three kinds of free radicals, showing a good dose-effect relationship and consistent with the change of V-C. CONCLUSION: The total flavonoids extract from stem and leaf of Radix Hedysari has a good antioxidant activity, which lays the foundation for the mechanism of retting yellow and anti-inflammatory.
