“双师型”教师队伍是高职教育推动人才培养模式,提高教育质量的决定力量和关键要素。职业院校作为联结教育行政部门和教师的中间桥梁,在“双师型”教师队伍建设方面理应发挥着直接而又重要的作用。齐齐哈尔工程学院针对高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设中普遍存在的“缺乏创新空间”、“缺乏激励机制”、“培训途径有限”、“缺乏经费支持”等问题,探索出了“专业法人”制度,以期探索出一条“双师型”教师队伍建设的新途径。
