目的探讨戊酸雌二醇灌胃给药对去势雌性SD大鼠血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法将90只4月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、去势对照组及药物组,药物组进行戊酸雌二醇灌胃给药;14周后腹主动脉采血,测定血清雌二醇(E2)及空腹血糖(FBG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平。结果药物组血清E2水平明显高于去势对照组、假手术组及正常对照组(P<0.05),去势组血清E2水平明显低于正常对照组及假手术组(P<0.05);药物组HDL-C水平明显高于去势对照组(P<0.05),LDL-C水平明显低于去势对照组(P<0.05),但与正常对照组及假手术组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);去势对照组HDL-C和LDL-C水平与正常组及假手术组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组间TG、TC及FBG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服戊酸雌二醇可以改善血脂,升高去势大鼠HDL-C及降低LDL-C水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of estradiol valerate on blood glucose and blood lipids in ovariectomized SD rats. Methods Ninety four-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, sham operation group, castrated control group and drug group. The drug group was orally administered with estradiol valerate. After 14 weeks, the abdominal aorta blood (E2) and fasting blood glucose (FBG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) Level. Results The level of serum E2 in the drug group was significantly higher than that in the castration control group, sham operation group and normal control group (P <0.05). The serum E2 level in the castrated group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group and sham operation group (P <0.05) The levels of HDL-C in HDL-C group were significantly higher than those in castration control group (P <0.05). The LDL-C level was significantly lower than that in castrated control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between HDL-C and normal control group (P> 0.05). The levels of HDL-C and LDL-C in ovariectomized control group were not significantly different from those in normal control group and sham operation group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in TG, TC and FBG levels Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of estradiol valerate can improve blood lipids, increase HDL-C and decrease LDL-C in ovariectomized rats.
