提供一个快速测定赤铁矿中CaO和MgO的新方法,在用碳酸钠和碳酸钾混合熔剂半融熔后,在2N硝酸中煮沸1.5小时以抽取钙、镁,分出不溶的Fe_2O_3和溶解的少量铁、铝等以后用0.01M EDTA标准溶液滴定CaO、MgO总量。用草酸盐分离钙,用EDTA溶液滴定CaO含量,另用地旦黄比色法测定MgO分量。两个方法测定结果相符合,比色法较快,完成一个试样分析只需3—4小时。用本法(容量法测定CaO)分析苏联标准铁矿试样,结果完全符合。
A new method for rapid determination of CaO and MgO in hematite is provided. After semi-melting with a mixed flux of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate, the mixture is boiled in 2N nitric acid for 1.5 hours to extract calcium and magnesium, to separate insoluble Fe 2 O 3 and dissolved A small amount of iron, aluminum and later with 0.01M EDTA standard solution titration CaO, MgO total. Calcium was separated by oxalate, CaO content was titrated by EDTA solution, and MgO content was determined by denim yellow colorimetry. The results of the two methods are in good agreement, and the colorimetric method is quicker, taking only 3-4 hours to complete a sample analysis. This method (volumetric method for the determination of CaO) was used to analyze Soviet standard iron ore samples and the results were completely consistent.
