一、《国家住宅法》简况加拿大《国家住宅法》,最早为《1935年自治领地住宅法》,后修订为《1938年国家住宅法》,经1953年再修订后,被引用为《1953—1954年国家住宅法》,在80年代曾作过修订,但目前未掌握新的修订本。该法的宗旨是:“为了促进新住宅的建造,促进现有住宅的维修和现代化,使住宅和居住得到改善的法律。”全文除序言中所规定的简称、释义、贷款权限等条外,分为九章,共六十一条。这九章的标题是:保险抵押贷款;住宅租赁与土地的集中;城市更新;住房贷
I. A Brief Introduction to the National Residential Law Canada’s National Residential Law was first amended as the Residential Law of the Autonomous Territory of 1935 and later amended as the National Residential Law of 1938. After being revised in 1953, it was cited as “1953- The 1954 National Housing Act was amended in the 1980s but no new revision is currently in place. The law’s purpose is: ”In order to promote the construction of new houses, to promote the maintenance and modernization of existing homes, to improve the residential and living law." In addition to the full text of the preamble to the abbreviations, definitions, loan authority and other items, Divided into nine chapters, a total of 61. The titles of these nine chapters are: Insurance Mortgages; Residential Leasing and Land Consolidation; Urban Renewal; Housing Loans
