以中国典型装备制造企业为研究对象,在对已有制造商对供应商长期导向相关研究进行简要梳理和评述的基础上,研究制造商对供应商长期导向前因的作用机理,构建概念模型,并提出研究假设。基于中国部分典型装备制造企业的问卷调查数据,运用AMOS统计分析工具,运用结构方程模型对整体研究模型进行假设检验和路径分析,并检验各研究变量之间的影响关系及其效果。研究结果表明,制造商对供应商的信任、保证和依赖是影响制造商对供应商长期导向的主导因素,显著、积极影响制造商对供应商的长期导向;制造商对供应商供应绩效的满意、制造商与供应商人员之间的关系、供应商能力以及合作规范作为制造商对供应商信任、保证和依赖的前置因素,间接作用于制造商对供应商的长期导向。
Taking China’s typical equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object, based on a brief review and review of existing manufacturers’ long-term guidance on suppliers, this paper studies the mechanism of manufacturer’s long-term supplier-led antecedents, constructs a conceptual model, And put forward the research hypothesis. Based on the questionnaire survey data of some typical equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, the author uses the AMOS statistical analysis tool and the structural equation model to conduct the hypothesis test and the path analysis of the overall research model, and examines the relationship between the research variables and their effects. The results show that the manufacturer’s trust, guarantee and dependence on suppliers are the dominant factors that affect manufacturers’ long-term orientation to suppliers, which significantly and positively affect manufacturers’ long-term orientation to suppliers. Manufacturers’ satisfaction with supplier performance , The relationship between manufacturers and suppliers, supplier capabilities and cooperation rules act as a precursor to the manufacturer’s trust, assurance and reliance on suppliers, which indirectly influence the manufacturer’s long-term orientation to suppliers.
