研制了一种以APPLE Ⅱ或TRS-80微机为主控机的多功能流动注射分析系统。可进行流动注射分析和停流动力学的测定,可自动求峰高、半峰宽、峰面积,求校正曲线和插值计算样品浓度及有关动力学参数等,并自动打印出峰曲线,工作曲线及样品浓度等数据结果。硬件接口卡中的八通道A/D转换器,能方便地与多种检测器进行联接。其软件采用BASIC语言编写,使得本系统具有很强的通用性和可开发性。经对Fe(Ⅱ)与Bipy反应体系的流动注射分析和HgCl_2催化的[Fe(CN)_6]~(4-)与Bipy反应体系的停流动力学研究,所得结果与文献值完全一致,表明本系统的设计是稳定可靠的。
A multifunctional flow injection analysis system based on APPLE Ⅱ or TRS-80 microcomputer was developed.
