教学目的:按照中央安排,我省第二批学习实践活动从今年3月开始,到8月基本结束。参加第二批学习实践活动的单位,主要是市县机关、国有企业和高等学校。本次党课重在提高参学单位党员干部特别是领导干部对领导科学发展能力建设的认识,从而使科学发展观更好地贯彻落实到市县机关、国有企业和高等学校。
Teaching Objectives: According to the central arrangement, the second batch of study and practice activities in our province started in March this year and basically ended in August. The units participating in the second batch of study and practice activities are mainly city and county organs, state-owned enterprises and colleges and universities. This party class emphasizes on raising the awareness of Party members and cadres, especially the leading cadres, of the units participating in the study on the ability to lead the scientific development so that the scientific development concept can be better implemented to the municipal and county organs, state-owned enterprises and colleges and universities.
