OA期刊(Open Access Journals,OAJ)是指经同行专家评审后公开发表,任何人可以联机免费阅读、下载、复制、散发或链接的学术期刊。高校图书馆引进OA期刊,不但丰富了图书馆的馆藏资源,而且为读者提供了前沿的学术信息。在概述OA期刊含义的基础上,分析了高校图书馆OA期刊资源建设的现状和存在的不足,并提出了高校图书馆OA期刊资源建设的策略。
OAJ (Open Access Journals, OAJ) is an academic journals published by peer reviewers, which can be viewed, downloaded, copied, distributed or linked online for free. The introduction of OA periodicals in university libraries not only enriches the library’s collection resources, but also provides readers with cutting-edge academic information. On the basis of summarizing the meaning of OA journals, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the OA journals ’resources construction in the university library and puts forward the strategy of constructing OA journals’ resources of the university library.
