随着住房城乡建设部“质量治理两年行动方案”的深入,同行业无序竞争的局面正在扭转,市场正逐步回归理性,但是要达到效果尚需时日。随着房地产行业“黄金十年”的一去不复返,建筑施工行业施工任务量明显下降,全行业的产能过剩严重,供求矛盾十分突出。在新的形势下,原有粗放式的项目管理已不能满足施工企业生存发展需要,建筑企业必须不断面对各种挑战,采取策略,结合精细化管理,提高项目管理水平,实现全过程控制,最终在微利时代实现效益最大化。
