应用现代计算机和网络技术对军用药品供应管理分离的资金流、药品流、信息流进行整合,形成一个完整的供应链管理系统,是适应新军事变革的一项重要举措。文章将供应链管理思想引入军用药品供应管理,从建立与供应商的合作伙伴关系、完善军用药品网上采购系统、优化军用药品供应链库存管理和构建其绩效评估体系等方面提出了具体设想。
It is an important measure to adapt to the new military revolution by using modern computer and network technologies to integrate the capital flow, medicine flow and information flow that are separated from the military drug supply management to form a complete supply chain management system. This paper introduces the idea of supply chain management into military drug supply management, and puts forward some concrete conceptions such as establishing cooperative partnership with suppliers, improving online purchase system of military drugs, optimizing stock management of military drug supply chain and constructing performance evaluation system.
