我国当代社会正在不断加速迈向现代化的征程,其变化的广度、深度和速度也日益渗透到教育领域的各个层面,这种教育环境的动态特征无疑增加了学校发展的不确定性,既暗藏危险,也存发展良机。面对复杂社会环境的变化带来的挑战,是作为一校之长的校长有责任担当好组织的领航者,发挥好“领”和“导”的作用;然而要真正发挥好“领”和“导”的作用,校长必须具有良好的领导力。本研究仅从普遍性的、一般性的角度阐释校长领导力的提升策略,具体从校长领导力建设的校本行动和区域行动两个维度展开。

The dynamic characteristics of this educational environment have undoubtedly increased the uncertainty of school development, , But also save development opportunities. This study only illustrates the principals’ leadership promotion strategies from the perspective of universality and generality, specifically from the two dimensions: school-based action and regional action.
