我省第一部自治具地方志——《连南瑶族自治县志》最近出版发行。 连南是全国最大的排瑶聚居区,是广东少数民族人口最多、少数民族风俗习惯保持最完整和实现民族自治区域最早的县。这部县志共24篇、120多万字,收集各历史时期珍贵艺术照片80多幅。它记述了连南的政治、经济、文化、风俗习惯,特别对瑶族族称、族源、社会组织、经济生活各方面作了详细记述。《县志》从1987年5月开始筹备,1992年完稿并经省地方志编委会批准出版。期间,参与编写者足迹遍城乡、行程数千里,调查访问知情者100余人次,函调85封,查阅部门专志80多本,收集资料250万字。
The First Local Autonomy of Our Province with Local Records - “The Book of Liannan Yao Autonomous County” Recently Published. Liannan is the largest Yao province inhabited by the country and is one of the earliest counties with the largest population of ethnic minorities in Guangdong, the most complete customs of ethnic minorities and the earliest realization of national autonomy. This county records a total of 24, more than 1.2 million words, collecting precious historical photographs of more than 80 pieces of art. It describes the politics, economy, culture and customs of Liannan and gives a detailed account of the Yao ethnic group, ethnic origin, social organization and economic life in detail. “County” from May 1987 began preparations, completed in 1992 and approved by the provincial editorial board for publication. During the period, participating writers traveled throughout urban and rural areas and traveled thousands of miles. More than 100 people visited and interviewed, 85 letters and numbers, over 80 departmental monographs and 2.5 million words of information collected.
