今年8、9月间,我同中国交通运输协会的同志,到宁夏东部、内蒙古西部、神府煤田、晋中和晋东南等地,调查了煤炭产运销、联运、价格等情况。总的印象是:煤炭产、运数量完成较好,但运输计划执行得不严;原材料涨价过猛,生产成本上升,煤价偏低;流通领域较乱,不正之风严重。总之问题不少,亟待研究解决。
In August and September of this year, I went to the east of Ningxia, western Inner Mongolia, Shenfu Coalfield, Jinzhong and Jindongnan to investigate the production, transportation, transportation, and prices of coal. The overall impression is that the number of coal production and transportation has been completed well, but the transport plan has not been implemented strictly; the raw material prices have been excessively high, production costs have risen, coal prices have been low, and the circulation sector has been chaotic and serious. In short, there are many problems that need urgent study and solution.
