针对大曲率赋形凸面天线的制造难题,研究了其制造关键技术并给出了制造工艺流程。该制造技术利用“点阵钉模、真空负压、蜂窝夹层、应力释放”的精密成形原理,并采用双夹层蜂窝结构胶结成形的方法,其关键技术主要包括赋形凸面天线母线点集的计算、工艺补充面的建立、点阵钉模的生成及用于形成包络面的垫板开缝原则等。基于该制造工艺流程研制出了赋形凸面天线反射单元并给出了测量结果。结果显示,反射单元型面精度达到30.2μm,验证了该制造工艺流程的实用性和有效性。
Aiming at the manufacturing difficulty of convex antenna with large curvature, the key technology of manufacture and the manufacturing process are studied. The manufacturing technology uses the principle of precision forming of “lattice die, vacuum negative pressure, honeycomb sandwich and stress release ”, and uses double sandwich honeycomb structure to form cement. The key technologies of the manufacturing technology mainly include: Calculation, the establishment of the process of complementary surface, the formation of matrix nail die and the formation of the envelope surface of the principle of stitching and so on. Based on the manufacturing process, a convex shaped antenna reflector is developed and the measurement results are given. The results show that the reflection unit profile accuracy of 30.2μm, verify the practicality and effectiveness of the manufacturing process.
