本文分析1992年4月至1993年7月间,本院施行101例上腹部择期手术中,发生术后肺部感染19例的危险因素。在非肺部危险因素中,年龄大于65岁是唯一显著影响因素;慢性支气管炎(7/19例)、吸烟史(12/19例)及气道阻塞(7/19例)是术后肺感染的三项肺部高危因素。本文提出预防术后肺部感染的措施有:戒烟;有慢性支气管炎及气道阻塞患者,术前应行胸部理疗,力争术前肺功能得到改善。 This article analyzes from April 1992 to July 1993, the hospital implementation of 101 cases of upper abdominal elective surgery, the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary infection in 19 cases of risk factors. Of the non-pulmonary risk factors, age> 65 years old was the only significant influencing factor; chronic bronchitis (7/19 cases), smoking history (12/19 cases) and airway obstruction (7/19 cases) Three high risk factors for lung infection. In this paper, measures to prevent postoperative lung infection are: smoking cessation; patients with chronic bronchitis and airway obstruction should be treated chest before surgery, and strive to improve preoperative pulmonary function.
