我国中小企业在近几年国家政策的扶持下得以迅速发展,中小企业的数量每年都在不断增加,也逐渐成了我国经济发展的新增长点。尽管我国最近几年对中小企业的发展进行了许多政策帮扶,例如减税、降低注册资本等,但是中小企业的发展中还存在一些问题使得其发展受到阻碍,这些问题当中财务风险是较为普遍的一个问题,而中小企业的财务风险接近80%都是由于融资产生的,应当说对于我国目前的中小企业而言融资就如一把双刃剑,一方面可以助力其公司规模的扩大,另一方面也很可能会对其生存造成威胁。本文将对中小企业融资风险进行详细分析从而寻求相应的对策。
