大数据技术的日趋成熟为企业管理决策层面提出了更高要求,有关大数据和企业管理决策的探究也渐入佳境。本文整理和阐述大数据的定义,并通过决策主体、决策权配置、决策思维及决策文化等方面探究大数据对管理决策的影响,同时从微观和宏观层面对两者关系影响因素展开讨论,以期为后来研究者提供一些借鉴或参考。
