风扇静叶扇形叶栅实验方法及其气动特性的数值研究

以高负荷风扇的末级静叶为研究对象,提出一种扇形叶栅实验方法,可以在不考虑动叶的情况下模拟静叶在压气机级内的进口气流条件,从而实现真实的静叶性能研究.利用数值模拟方法分析该方法的可行性,然后对静叶的气动性能展开详细研究,分析不同来流马赫数下的静叶流场参数.结果表明:本文提出的实验方法可以为静叶提供接近真实动叶出口条件的气流参数,该研究静叶的方法用于实验是可行的.对静叶的气动性能分析发现,进口马赫数变化对静叶中径附近20%~60%叶高影响较大,尤其是40%叶高处流场结构和参数受来流马赫数的影响最大. Taking the last stator of high-load fan as the research object, a fan-shaped cascade experimental method is proposed, which can simulate the inlet airflow condition of stator blades in the compressor stage without considering the moving blades, so as to realize the real stator blades The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the feasibility of this method. Then the aerodynamic performance of the vane is studied in detail, and the flow field parameters of the vane under different Mach numbers are analyzed. The results show that the experimental method proposed in this paper can be static The leaf provides airflow parameters close to the real leaf outlet conditions.The method of studying the leaf is feasible for the experiment.Analysis of the aerodynamic performance of the leaf shows that the change of the inlet Mach number has a negative effect on the leaf diameter of 20-60% High impact, especially the flow field structure and parameters at 40% leaf height are most affected by Mach number.
