目的:建立乳灵糖衣片中三七的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定乳灵糖衣片中三七的含量(以人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1的总量计),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为203nm;流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1在所考察范围内具有良好线性,r为0.9999~1.000。平均回收率分别为97.44%,99.35%,99.14%,RSD分别为1.13%%,1.12%,1.38%。结论:本试验建立的方法有效,结果准确可靠,可用于本制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Panax notoginseng in milk powder. Methods: The content of Panax notoginseng in RCH was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (total amount of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water gradient, and the detection wavelength 203nm; flow rate 1.0mL.min-1, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1 in the investigated range has a good linearity, r is 0.9999 ~ 1.000. The average recoveries were 97.44%, 99.35% and 99.14%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.13%, 1.12% and 1.38%, respectively. Conclusion: The method established in this study is effective, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
