某深基坑工程采用地下连续墙加三道内支撑的支护结构,在地下连续墙与钻孔灌注桩施工时.需要大量的泥浆,其中地下连续墙施工泥浆量约14862m~3,钻孔灌注桩施工泥浆量约2966m~3。在施工前,共设置6个大型泥浆池,并在施工中严格控制制浆材料,加大泥浆的循环利用效率,对于回收的泥浆经过沉淀池沉淀后重新拌制再使用,最后废弃的泥浆很少,达到了环保要求。
