着力提高党内法规执行力,决不让党内法规成为纸老虎、稻草人。中共中央《关于加强党内法规制度建设的意见》指出,加强党内法规制度执行力建设,是全面从严治党、依规治党的必然要求,是建设中国特色社会主义法治体系的重要内容,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要保障,事关党长期执政和国家长治久安。现在党内法规制度执行力不强的问题仍然比较突出,需要进一步认清党内法规执行的重大意义,探索研究新情况解决新问题的路径。
