技术侦查作为秘密侦查手段的一种,已成为全世界犯罪侦查通用的手段,特别是职务犯罪侦查的重要法宝,我国也已在新修订的刑事诉讼法中确认技术侦查措施在职务犯罪中的应用。新形势下如何发挥刑事诉讼法赋予检察机关的技术侦查权在职务犯罪侦查中的重要作用,促进执法办案的方式、模式转变,建立适应职务犯罪新发展趋势的科学、高效的犯罪侦查模式显得尤为必要。
