分析驾驶室气密性压力的建立过程,并按照相关国家标准对某新型驾驶室气密性水平进行测试。采取的改进措施包括:通过烟雾试验法查找出造成驾驶室气密性不佳的主要因素,并将各种因素汇总归类为驾驶室外泄漏和内泄漏两大主要方面;对异型钢管空气泄漏部位进行封堵,采用新型结构的侧门密封胶条和先导管路管夹,改善驾驶室空气的外泄漏;在驾驶室骨架和蒙皮之间焊接隔离板,改进空调进风道固定结构,降低空气内泄漏量。改进后,成功将驾驶室的气密性压力提升至行业一流水平,有效改善了驾驶员的工作环境。
