提高学生对运动生物力学课程的理解力和更好地掌握运动技术原理,能提高运动生物力学教学效果。笔者通过在教学中进行随堂实验及对2012级体育系学生随堂实验问卷调查所获取数据用SPSS for windows 11.5进行百分比及方差分析,显示学生对随堂实验反应效果较好。结果说明利用随堂实验可以进一步激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生学习的主动性及严谨的思维能力,并真正使理论与体育实践较好地结合,为在教学中掌握运动技术原理及提高运动技术水平和预防运动损伤提供较实用的理论依据。
Improve students’ understanding of sports biomechanical courses and better grasp of the principles of sports technology, can improve the teaching effect of sports biomechanics. The author through the classroom teaching in the experiment and on the 2012 Department of Physical Education students quiz experimental data obtained by SPSS for windows 11.5 percentage and analysis of variance showed that students respond better in the classroom experiments. The results show that the use of quizzes can further stimulate students’ interest in learning, develop student learning initiative and rigorous thinking skills, and really make the theory and practice of sports a better combination, in order to master the principles of sports technology and improve the sports techniques Level and prevention of sports injury to provide a more practical theoretical basis.
