韩玉琴,女,生于1951年8月,河南开封人,汉族,工艺美术师,开封东京宋绣研究所所长,中国工艺美术协会会员,中国民间文艺家协会会员,中国工艺美术学会会员,河南省工艺美术大师,开封市专业技术拔尖人才,开封市“五一劳动”奖章获得者。韩玉琴几十年来从事汴绣的研究、生产与创作,擅长对汴绣作品总体设计及色彩、针法运用的研究。经多年的研究探索,她逐步开拓出对仿古名画、人物肖像、现代名画、民间装饰、西画素描等系列产品绣制的新领域。
