目的:从父母、同伴、社会三方面考察师范大学生情感温暖与心理健康的关系。方法:随机选取372名师范大学生,以父母教养方式量表、信任量表、领悟社会支持量表和症状自评量表为评价手段,采用相关分析、多元线性回归分析等方法。结果:父母的情感、温暖的教养方式与师范大学生的SCL-90各症状水平呈显著负相关;同伴情感温暖和社会情感温暖与师范大学生的SCL-90各症状水平呈显著负相关;父母情感温暖和社会情感温暖对师范大学生的SCL-90各症状水平有预测作用。结论:师范大学生从父母、同伴、社会等方面获得的情感温暖,有助于提高他们的心理健康水平。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between emotional warmth and mental health of normal university students from three aspects: parents, companions and society. Methods: A total of 372 college students were selected randomly. The methods of Parental Rearing Scale, Trust Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale and Symptom Checklist 90 were used as the assessment methods. Correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between parental emotion and warm rearing patterns and SCL-90 symptom levels in normal university students. Paternal emotional warmth and social warmth were negatively correlated with symptoms of SCL-90 in normal university students. And social warmth of the normal college students SCL-90 symptoms have a predictable level. Conclusion: The emotional warmth of normal college students from parents, companions, society and other aspects helps to improve their mental health.
