本实验选用有效抑酶注射波(YHI)和活血化瘀注射波(HHI-I),观察了静脉输注对家兔胰脉外分泌的影响,为临床中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎提供实验依据。结果表明:静脉输注HHI-I在一定时间段能引起家兔胰腺外分泌的分离现象,即胰液的流量明显受抑制(P<0.05),而蛋白浓度明显升高(P<0.05),蛋白排出无明显变化。提示HHI-I可通过减少胰腺的流量而降低胰管内压力。YHI对胰腺外分泌无显著影响,可能只影响胰酶的活性,而不影响酶的分泌,从而对胰腺炎有治疗作用。
In this experiment, the effective inhibitory enzyme injection (YHI) and blood-letting stasis injection (HHI-I) were selected to observe the effect of intravenous infusion on the secretion of pancreatic pancreas in rabbits and to provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The results showed that intravenous injection of HHI-I could induce the secretion of pancreatic exocrine in a certain period of time, that is, the flow of pancreatic juice was significantly inhibited (P <0.05) and the protein concentration was significantly increased (P <0.05 ), No significant changes in protein excretion. Tip HHI-I can reduce pancreatic ductal flow and reduce pancreatic duct pressure. YHI on pancreatic exocrine no significant effect may affect pancreatic enzyme activity, without affecting the secretion of enzymes, which have a therapeutic effect on pancreatitis.
