中部地区FDI、技术溢出与区域创新能力——基于结构方程模型的实证研究

外商直接投资会直接或间接地通过示范-模仿效应、竞争效应、联系效应和人力资本转移效应四种途径发挥技术溢出作用,促进区域创新能力的提高。为验证中部地区外商直接投资的技术溢出效应,运用中部六省1998—2011年的数据,构建结构方程模型,分析外商直接投资、技术溢出对区域创新能力的影响。研究结果表明:外商直接投资对创新能力的直接效应为负,间接效应为正,总体效应为正,但作用并不明显。技术溢出对区域的创新能力具有一定程度的正向影响,技术溢出效应的增强会有利于外商直接投资的增加。为进一步提高外商直接投资对区域创新能力的影响,应从加强贸易开放度、增加人力资本、研发投入等方面着手,更好地提高FDI技术溢出效应,促进区域创新能力提升。 FDI plays a role of technological spillover directly or indirectly through demonstration-imitation effect, competition effect, contact effect and human capital transfer effect, and promotes the improvement of regional innovation capability. In order to verify the technology spillover effect of FDI in central China, the structural equation model was built by using the data of the six central provinces from 1998 to 2011 to analyze the impact of FDI and technological spillovers on regional innovation capability. The results show that the direct effect of FDI on innovation ability is negative, the indirect effect is positive and the overall effect is positive, but the effect is not obvious. Technology spillover has a certain positive impact on the innovation ability of the region. The enhancement of technology spillover effect will be conducive to the increase of foreign direct investment. In order to further enhance the impact of FDI on regional innovation capability, we should start with strengthening trade openness, increasing human capital and R & D investment to better improve the technology spillover effect of FDI and promote the improvement of regional innovation capability.
