为研究正肝泰胶囊的保肝作用，进行了正肝泰胶囊对Ｄ－半乳糖胺（ＧａｌＮ）诱发大鼠实验性肝损伤保护作用的实验研究。实验证明，正肝泰胶囊可明显降低实验性肝炎血清谷－丙转氨酶的活力，能使肝脏糖元积累增加，使肝组织病理损伤减轻，肝细胞不同程度的再生，使肝系数下降，并使大鼠体重增长。也可使正常大鼠肝脏糖元积累增加。表明正肝泰胶囊对ＧａｌＮ诱发肝损伤的大鼠及正常大鼠有明显的保肝作用。
In order to study the hepatoprotective effect of Zhenggantai Capsule, the experimental study on the protective effect of Zhenggantai Capsule on experimental hepatic injury induced by D-galactosamine (GalN) in rats was performed. Experiments have shown that Zhenggantai capsule can significantly reduce the activity of serum glutamic-aminotransferase in experimental hepatitis, increase the accumulation of glycogen in the liver, reduce the pathological damage of liver tissue, and regenerate liver cells in different degrees, so that the liver coefficient decreases, and Rats gained weight. It also increases the accumulation of hepatic glycogen in normal rats. It showed that Zhenggantai capsule had obvious hepatoprotective effect on GalN-induced liver injury in rats and normal rats.
