目的了解公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况。方法按分层抽样和随机抽样原则,于2009年和2012年对南平市级单位正常使用的19套集中空调通风系统进行现场调查和卫生检测。结果 19家单位公共场所卫生许可证、从业人员健康证持证率100%,卫生管理组织机构和管理人员得到落实;但卫生档案不完善、未制定清洗管理制度或制度未落实。2年共抽检风管内表面样品95份,卫生指标合格率45.3%,其中2009年合格率26.7%(45份)、2012年58.0%(50份),积尘量合格率42.2%、84.0%,细菌总数合格率55.6%、86.0%,真菌总数合格率31.1%、60.0%;2009年抽检的9份冷却塔水样品中检出嗜肺军团菌2份;2012年10份水样品中均未检出。结论 2012年检测合格率较2009年高,但集中空调通风系统的卫生学质量尚有待提高,应扩大检测范围,管理和监督力度,保障民众安全。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places. Methods According to the principles of stratified sampling and random sampling, 19 sets of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems normally used by Nanping municipal units were investigated on site and hygienically tested in 2009 and 2012 respectively. Results 19 units of public health permits, practitioners health certificate rate of 100%, health management organizations and managers have been implemented; but the health file is not perfect, no cleaning management system or the failure to implement the system. In the past 2 years, a total of 95 samples of the inner surface of the air duct were inspected, with a pass rate of 45.3% for health indicators. Among them, the passing rate was 26.7% (45) in 2009 and 58.0% (50) in 2012, with dust passing rates of 42.2% and 84.0% The total number of bacteria passing rate was 55.6%, 86.0%, the total pass rate of fungi was 31.1%, 60.0%; 2 samples of Legionella pneumophila were detected in 9 samples of cooling tower water sampled in 2009; none of the 10 water samples in 2012 Out Conclusion The test pass rate in 2012 is higher than in 2009, but the hygienic quality of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system needs to be improved. The scope of detection, management and supervision should be expanded to ensure people’s safety.
