我们牡丹江市水利局把深入调查研究,做为加深改革意识,掌握具有开拓性的典型,进而推动面上工作向深广方面发展的重要手段,职工的工作素质有很大提高,各项水利工作都有了活力。去年有六项工作在全省排上了先进名次。其中全市85.6万农村人口吃上了自来水,占全市农村人口的61％。小水电年发电量达7787万度,占全省小水电总发电量的55％。市水利学会被省科协评为优秀协会,市水利局机关被市委、市政府授予“文明单位”称号。还有5位市县水利局领导受到市委表彰。我们加强调查研究,主要抓法是:
