叙述了镧―镍―铝(LaNi5- Alx)合金成分中镍、铝及微量杂 x质元素锌、铁、锰、镁、硅、铜和钙的 ICP-AES 测定方法。样品以 HNO3(1+1)溶解,稀释后直接测定主量元素镍和铝;用基体匹配法补偿基体效应测定其他杂质元素。各元素回收率为 95%~100%,相对标准偏差优于 5%。
The ICP-AES method for the determination of nickel, aluminum and trace impurity elements zinc, iron, manganese, magnesium, silicon, copper and calcium in lanthanum-nickel-aluminum (LaNi5-Alx) alloy is described. The samples were dissolved with HNO3 (1 + 1), and the major elements of nickel and aluminum were directly determined after dilution. The matrix effect was used to compensate the matrix effect to determine other impurity elements. The recovery rate of each element is 95% ~ 100%, the relative standard deviation is better than 5%.
