以 1 0 %SDS-PAGE法测试了 1 2个小麦杂交组合的 2 7粒 F1 种子 ,并对照测定了 2 0粒对应双亲种子 ,重点比较了其 HMW-GS(高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基 )的显带情况。结果表明 ,( 1 )父母本 HMW-GS基因在F1 籽粒中共显 ;( 2 )双亲至少有一条互异 HMW-GS带的组合 ,其 F1 是否为真杂种依此法可以鉴别 ;( 3 )父母本HMW-GS带型完全相同的组合 ,其 F1 的真伪不能依此法判定
Twenty-seven F1 seeds of 12 wheat hybrid combinations were tested by 10% SDS-PAGE and compared with 20 parents corresponding to the control, and the HMW-GS (high molecular weight glutenin subunit) With the situation.
