采用电化学阻抗谱研究了钼酸盐在双相不锈钢表面的吸附行为,进而研究钼酸盐对2205双相不锈钢氢渗透行为的影响。结果表明,MoO42-通过吸附,在试样表面形成一层表面阻挡膜;Mo O42-能够抑制H原子在双相不锈钢表面的吸附,降低表面的H数量以及氢的浓度梯度,使H原子在双相不锈钢中的扩散驱动力减小,降低氢原子在双相不锈钢中的扩散速率和双相不锈钢的氢脆敏感性。
The adsorption behavior of molybdate on the surface of duplex stainless steel was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and the influence of molybdate on the hydrogen permeation of 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied. The results show that MoO42- forms a surface barrier film on the sample surface by adsorption. Mo O42- can inhibit the adsorption of H atoms on the surface of duplex stainless steel, reduce the surface H number and hydrogen concentration gradient, The diffusion driving force in phase stainless steel is reduced, the diffusion rate of hydrogen atoms in duplex stainless steel and the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of duplex stainless steel are reduced.
