目的 :测定国人泪液排泄容量正常值。方法 :实验对象 10 6例 2 12眼 ,男 46例 92眼 ,女 60例 12 0眼 ,年龄 18~ 88岁。用droptest方法 ,双眼随机先后进行实验。受试者取仰卧位 ,头部与水平面呈 2 5°角 ,略向对侧眼倾斜。实验时 ,反复向受试眼滴入 10 μl微温生理盐水 ,使泪湖处于满载状态。 3分钟后吸净泪湖内残存生理盐水。计算泪液排泄容量。结果 :国人泪液排泄容量正常值 >2 3 μl/3min。各年龄组间泪液排泄容量存在显著差异 ,随年龄增长 ,泪液排泄容量减少。男女性别间、左右眼别间泪液排泄容量无差异。瞬目频率与泪液排泄容量的相关性随年龄跨度减小而逐渐显现。结论 :泪液排泄容量是评估泪道排泄功能的定量指标 ,对无明显器质性病变的功能性泪溢有一定诊断价值
Purpose: To determine the normal capacity of Chinese people tear discharge capacity. Methods: A total of 106 subjects (212 eyes), 46 males (92 men) and 60 females (12 females), aged 18-88 years, were included in this study. Droptest method, eyes have random experiments. Subjects supine position, the head and the horizontal was 2 5 ° angle, slightly to the contralateral eye tilt. During the experiment, 10 μl of lukewarm saline was dripped into the test eye repeatedly to make the lakes lake fully loaded. 3 minutes after absorbing net tears lake residual saline. Calculate tear discharge capacity. Results: Chinese tear discharge capacity of normal> 23 μl / 3min. There was a significant difference in tear excretion capacity among all age groups. With age, tear excretion capacity decreased. Sex between men and women, left and right eyes, no difference between the capacity of tear fluid discharge. The correlation between blink frequency and tear excretion capacity gradually appears as the age span decreases. Conclusion: The capacity of lacrimal fluid excretion is a quantitative index to evaluate lacrimal duct excretory function, and it has some diagnostic value for functional lacrimal leakage without obvious organic lesion
