针对酒钢7号高炉炉役后期铁口侵蚀严重、铁口喷溅、铁口难开及铁口合格率低等状况,简要分析了铁口温度升高及铁口深度不达标的原因,重点阐述了炉役后期铁口维护的措施。通过采取合理的上下部调剂、改善炉前操作、加强铁口管理等措施,有效解决了炉役后期铁口维护难的问题,铁口能够长时间稳定工作。7号高炉铁口深度基本维持在3.3~3.4m,铁口合格率从60%提升到了96%,满足了炉役后期安全生产的要求。
In view of the serious corrosion of the taphole, the splashing of the taphole, the difficult opening of the taphole and the poor pass rate of the taphole at the late stage of the Jiuquan Iron & Steel ’s No.7 blast furnace operation, the reasons for the increase of the taphole temperature and the non - compliance of the taphole depth are analyzed briefly. Elaborates the measures of iron mouth maintenance in the late stage of furnace service. By taking reasonable measures to adjust the upper and lower parts, improving the operation in front of the stove and strengthening the iron mouth management, it effectively solved the difficult maintenance of the iron mouth in the late stage of the furnace battalion. The iron mouth can work stably for a long time. The depth of the iron mouth on the 7th blast furnace was basically maintained at 3.3 ~ 3.4m, the passing rate of the iron mouth was raised from 60% to 96%, meeting the requirements of safety production in the late stage of the furnace service.
