由于我国居民财富特征和西方国家居民财富特征的差异,以及我国房地产市场一路高涨局面,人们对待房地产有着完全不同的态度。在市场经济发展逐渐走向成熟的道路上,我国金融市场的自由程度以及住房自有率的高低,开创了我国房地产市场投机的新形势。
Due to the difference between the wealth characteristics of residents in China and the wealth features of residents in western countries and the upsurge in the real estate market in our country, people have completely different attitudes towards real estate. On the road of gradual maturity of the market economy, the degree of freedom in China’s financial market and the level of housing ownership have created a new situation of speculation in China’s real estate market.
