目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定口含烟中铬、镍、砷、硒、镉、汞、铅7种重金属元素的含量。方法对口含烟中7种元素的测定前处理条件如消解体系、赶酸条件进行优化,并利用该方法测定58种国外市售口含烟中7种重金属的含量。结果最佳消解体系为硝酸5 mL和过氧化氢2 mL,赶酸温度为130℃。7种重金属元素在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999,检出限为0.013~0.026μg/g,加标回收率为98.0%~101.8%,日内精密度RSD<2%,日间精密度RSD<8%。58个样品中7个样品超出砷的限量标准1 mg/kg,2个样品超出铅的限量标准5 mg/kg,铬、镍、硒、镉、汞的含量均低于其限量标准。结论该方法检测限低、准确度高,可适用于口含烟中重金属元素的同时测定。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for the simultaneous determination of seven heavy metal elements, including chromium, nickel, arsenic, selenium, cadmium, mercury and lead in oral smoke. Methods The pretreatment conditions such as digestion system and acid catching condition were optimized for the determination of seven elements in the cigarette containing tobacco, and the contents of seven heavy metals in 58 kinds of tobacco in the foreign markets were determined by this method. Results The best digestion system was 5 mL of nitric acid and 2 mL of hydrogen peroxide, and the temperature was 130 ℃. The linear correlation coefficients of seven heavy metal elements were 0.9999, the detection limits were 0.013 ~ 0.026μg / g, the recovery rates were 98.0% ~ 101.8%, the RSDs were within 2% Daytime precision RSD <8%. Seven of the 58 samples exceeded the limit of 1 mg / kg for arsenic and 2 samples exceeded the limit for lead 5 mg / kg. The contents of chromium, nickel, selenium, cadmium and mercury were lower than the limit values. Conclusion The method has the advantages of low detection limit and high accuracy. It can be applied to the simultaneous determination of heavy metal elements in oral smoke.
