从传授知识转变为人格教育有利于解决我国当前思想政治教育面临的问题,而《论语》中的学习思想正可以提供重要借鉴。基于人自身及社会发展的需要来调动学习的积极性、主动性;把知识传授与人格教育统一起来;知行结合,先知后行,以行为本,《论语》在这些方面都做了有益的尝试。与此相应,思想政治教育既不能脱离书本教育、知识传授,更不能脱离社会现实、人生实践,以此推动思想政治教育不断向前发展。
The transfer from imparting knowledge to personality education is good for solving the current problems of ideological and political education in our country, and the learning thinking in The Analects can provide important reference. The motivation and initiative of learning are mobilized based on the needs of human beings themselves and their social development. The unification of knowledge imparting and personality education is a useful attempt in these aspects. Correspondingly, ideological and political education can neither deviate from book education or imparting knowledge, nor can it be separated from social reality and life practice, so as to promote the continuous development of ideological and political education.
