现代电力工业具有安全、经济、绿色、和谐四大价值特征。安全是电力工业发展的基础,就是要不断满足经济社会发展的有效电力需求,包括保持发电能源独立性、确保电力工业外部安全和内部安全三方面。经济是电力工业发展的条件,包括可承受、可促进和可持续三方面要求。绿色是电力工业发展的趋势,具有清洁环保、高效节约和循环利用三方面的本质含义。和谐是电力工业发展的方向,包括落实用户知情权、参与权和选择权,与上下游行业互为协调和促进,促进行业内部的协调发展。
