利用硅胶、sephadex LH-20及制备薄层色谱等方法,对中缅木莲Manglietia hookeri嫩枝的丙酮提取物进行化学成分的研究。利用核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)及化合物的理化性质,对化合物的结构进行了鉴定。从中缅木莲中分离得到了6个桉叶烷型倍半萜类化合物,它们的结构鉴定分别为柳杉醇(1),β-桉醇(2),(-)-10-epi-5β-hydroxy-β-eudesmol(3),epicarrisone(4),6-羟基-桉烷-4(14)-烯(5)和gynurenol(6)。6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,并首次报道了化合物3的碳谱数据。
The chemical constituents of acetone extract of Manglietia hookeri were extracted by silica gel, sephadex LH-20 and preparative TLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and physical and chemical properties of the compounds. Six eucalyptol type sesquiterpenoids were isolated from Manglietia chinensis and their structures were identified as cetyl alcohol (1), β-euchenol (2), (-) - 10-epi-5β -hydroxy-β-eudesmol (3), epicarrisone (4), 6-hydroxy-ectane-4 (14) -ene (5) and gynurenol (6). All six compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time and the carbon spectral data of compound 3 were first reported.
