汽阀弹簧座零件的鐓挤复合成形工艺在国内取得了一些宝贵的经验。对于中心带锥形孔,而四周呈阶梯型的汽阀弹簧座,大多采用剪切棒料或管料鐓挤复合成形。通过研究不同尺寸、不同形状的棒料和管料的成形工艺,模拟和实验验证厚度较大的管料鐓挤成形是较为合理的方案。
Valve spring seat parts upsetting extrusion compounding process in the country made some valuable experience. For the center with a tapered hole, surrounded by a ladder-type steam valve spring seat, most of the use of shear bar or tube material upsetting compounding. Through researching the forming process of bar and pipe materials of different sizes and shapes, it is more reasonable to simulate and verify the upsetting extrusion of pipe material with thicker thickness.
