利用玻璃珠的回归反光特性,通过在OGFC中掺加高强度玻璃珠,提高隧道沥青混凝土路面亮度。分析了OGFC混合料中掺加不同比例和不同粒径玻璃珠对路用性能的影响,提出了OGFC-13中掺加玻璃珠的最佳粒径和最佳比例。结果表明:在OGFC中掺入玻璃珠会使马歇尔稳定度略有下降,玻璃珠对混合料的抗车辙能力、抗滑、降噪、反光性能的影响与玻璃珠在混合料表面的覆盖率有关。
By using the retroreflective properties of glass beads, the brightness of tunnel asphalt concrete pavement can be improved by adding high-strength glass beads to OGFC. The influence of adding glass beads with different proportions and diameters on the road performance of OGFC mixture was analyzed. The optimal particle size and the optimum ratio of glass beads mixed with OGFC-13 were proposed. The results show that the incorporation of glass beads in OGFC will decrease the stability of Marshall slightly. The influence of glass beads on rutting resistance, anti-skidding, noise reduction and reflective properties of the mixture is related to the coverage of glass beads on the surface of the mixture .
