目的探讨血水草生物碱的主要单体成份血根碱的杀灭钉螺作用和量效关系。方法按WHO“杀螺剂实验室终筛方法”中的浸泡法进行实验室杀灭钉螺试验。配置成不同浓度血根碱溶液,在25℃进行24、48、72、96 h实验室浸泡杀螺,设去氯水对照,观察钉螺死亡率,计算量效关系。结果血根碱有很好杀灭钉螺的效果:在25 mg/L、钉螺浸泡48 h,6.25 mg/L、钉螺浸泡72 h,0.78125 mg/L、钉螺浸泡96 h,死亡率均达90%;25 mg/L、钉螺浸泡72 h,12.5 mg/L、钉螺浸泡96 h,死亡率均达100%。结论血根碱是植物杀螺剂血水草杀螺的有效化学成分。
Objective To investigate the killing effect and the dose-response relationship of sanguarinarine, the main monomer of alkaloids from the genus Houttuyniae. Methods According to WHO “snail laboratory final screening method ” immersion method for laboratory kill snail test. Configure different concentrations of hematoxylin solution, at 25 ℃ for 24,48,72,96 h laboratory immersion kill snail, set the chlorine control, observe the snail mortality, calculate the dose-effect relationship. Results Scutellariae had a good killing effect on snails: the mortality rate reached 90% at 25 mg / L, snail soak for 48 h, 6.25 mg / L, snail soaking for 72 h, 0.78125 mg / L, snail soaking for 96 h, ; 25 mg / L, snail soaked for 72 h, 12.5 mg / L, snail soaked 96 h, the mortality rate reached 100%. Conclusion Sanguinarine is an effective chemical component of the plant snail killing solution.
