目的:选育盾叶薯蓣优良品种。方法:通过组织培养,对辐射诱变获得的盾叶薯蓣株系,进行了生化指标及薯蓣皂苷元含量分析。结果:经诱变获得的株系生长率、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白电泳谱带与对照株系相比差异很大;大部分辐射诱变株系薯蓣皂苷元含量都超过了对照株系。结论:经诱导获得的辐射诱变株系在生理生化指标及有效成分含量方面与对照表现出明显差异,说明辐射诱变可以作为盾叶薯蓣优良品种选育的途径。
Objective: Breeding Dioscorea zingiberensis. Methods: The biochemical indexes and the content of diosgenin in Dioscorea zingiberensis CHWright strain irradiated by radiation were analyzed through tissue culture. Results: The growth rate, chlorophyll content and soluble protein electrophoresis bands of the strains obtained by mutagenesis varied greatly compared with the control strains. Most of the radionuclides had higher diosgenin content than the control strain. CONCLUSION: The mutagenic strains obtained by induction showed significant differences in physiological and biochemical indexes and active ingredients compared with the control, indicating that radiation mutagenesis can be used as a breeding method for superior varieties of Dioscorea zingiberensis.
